We observed that when emails are triggered in Eramba it is sent as “CC” instead of “To”. For us as all email recipients are in CC it is creating a confusion with Owners and Stakeholders/Collaborators like to whom such email is marked and who is responsible to work on it.
Can we have an option to trigger an email notifications based on the responsibilities such as for all modules whoever is assigned as “Owner” they are marked in “CC” and whoever are “Stakeholders/Collaborators” are marked in “To” .
This is likely to change in the future when we re-work filters, reports and notifications. Maybe after the summer.

@eramba would also welcome an update in this space, notifications coming in using cc are often getting ignored with recipients thinking there is no action for them, along with email integrations not functioning as expected.
noted, this is going to happen for some other reasons as well. This is likely to happen next year when we migrate to the new UI/UX
