In our organisation we need to send Risk update notifications to risk owners. The Frequency is based on the Risk. For Extreme risk the notification is every 30 days, High every 2 months, Medium every 6 months and Low every 12 months.
In eramba we can create a filter and send the reports however we cannot specify the risk owners so that we can just create one filter for Extreme, High, medium and low. In the current state I will have to create 4 filters for each system and we have around 300 Plus systems :-).
Please can you advise if its possible to include the Risk owner in that report notification. Thanks
I assume you want to send some type of awareness message to individual risk owners, and have the interval change, depending on risk-type.
Basically you would like to have the “custom role” functionality of an “awareness/warning” notification, combined with the “view” functionality and the “period” functionality of the “reporting” notification.
You could define a custom “dynamic status” based on your risk level, but that also does not allow you to introduce a time period for that status to trigger.
Currently I think there is no way, to do this with notifications.
But the described use case is exactly the point of “Risk Reviews” in eramba, whose intervals can be set individually per risk and the Reviewer can be defined per risk/per review and gives you all the neccssary fine control about periods and recipients. You can then have a simple warning notification to all risk reviewers, 1 day before expriy of the review. I think these are even available by default in eramba.
