Question - On-prem Eramba isn't starting

Hello Community!

I am running the community version on-prem version 3.26.0 in a Kubernetes container. It isn’t starting and this line shows up in the log:

eramba Found missing migrations while running initialization process, you have to fix your database before continuing.
eramba Initialisation process failed.

I’m not sure what this means. I did recently have trouble upgrading to 3.26, which Sam helped to resolve. I’m not sure this is related to that though, because we have been working just fine up until now.

Any help would be appreciated!

Did you perform the update using the “Switch Image” method, or was this done through the standard update process via the UI?

Hi Sam,

I did it through the UI. After the first attempt failed, you had me switch the version number in a file, then try again. The update worked. It had been working just fine until now.

OK, and did the update finish successfully? Did you reset containers?

Yes, the update finished successfully. For a call, I’ll need to coordinate with my colleague who manages the system.
