Question: The created account have the same permission as the Default Admin account, but still can’t access the /portal/policy page.

I’ve recently been testing the community version of Eramba as a GRC tool alternative for our company.
Today I upgraded Eramba to version 3.24.0. When I try to access the Portal page in the policies in the Control catalog using an account named “Zhangxulei” synced from the company AD domain, I get the error reported in the image below.
However, I have confirmed that this account has the same permissions as the default Admin account, and when I use the default admin account to access the portal page in policy there is no problem, but when I use the account synced over from AD it reports an error. Is there some setting I’m missing?
