I’m wondering if there are any “hidden” options to format reports? For instance, changing font size in tables, adding page numbers, or changing page size?

Tonnie, this happens because you have too many columns in filter you are trying to put on report. You can simply remove some columns from the filter (manage filter, uncheck show in column) until you fit them on your report !
