I’m looking to improve my risk scoring model by adding a third classification types . I’ll calculate the risk score using:
Risk Score = Impact * Probability * Third Classification type
How can i create the Risk appetite matrix on this ?
a matrix in eramba is two-dimensional, so three variables are not possible. perhaps im not understanding your question…
