Eramba acts as a mail client (similar to Outlook, etc.), so you just need to set up the mail configuration under Settings.
Are you getting an error, or could you describe the problem in more detail?
Ah thanks, no errors yet , just a question before I screw things up 
I suppose I need to use my personal account or a group mail account.

Can anyone help me set up SMTP? I am setting up Office 365 email. I have input all the values (smtp.office365.com, TLS, port 587) and in the last entered my email to test the connection. Once I clicked ok, it just goes blank and did nothing. I have to refresh the page again. I am not sure what the issue is.
If the screen goes grey, it’s usually caused by an incorrect public IP in the .env files.

Are you using common ports (ie 443)?
I had an issue where I had to remove the “:443” after the public address in order for the SMTP to work, even though it’s common.
HI,as far as i know for 365 SMTP you have multiple options:
Option 1 use Client mailbox - but you also have to enable SMTP Authentication for that account and App password (if you have MFA) . Microsoft 365 SMTP Settings (Office 365) Explained
Option 2 set smtp relay How to set up a multifunction device or application to send email using Microsoft 365 or Office 365 | Microsoft Learn
Option 3: You can also use free zoho.eu mail for one domain for where you can configure smtp and sent to your enviroment via that- SMTP - Simple Mail Transfer Protocol Configuration in Zoho Mail
