Hi, I wanted to confirm the recommended best practice for upgrading or changing a questionnaire. For instance we have a v1 product risk questionnaire and want to upgrade it to a v2 variant with different questions.
Is it recommended that we add a new questionnaire, name/label it as v2? I don’t see any functionality in the OA module to mark a questionnaire as deprecated, update individual questions, etc. except through the CSV import.
yes, you need to version them with numbers or something. Is (or should) be all explained here:
to upgrade them, we recommend just working on the CSV directly and uploading new version, the UI on the web app is not going to let you do many changes efficiently (another improvement on the list)
