Question - upload has failed while trying to upload a file in audit

App Version: 3.16.2 | DB Schema Version: 20220921113150 | Enterprise
Happy New Year everyone !
I tried to upload 2 files as proofs in an Audit, but i get message “Upload has failed Object object”

file extensions : xlsx and pdf

I’d also ask -

  1. Is there a user permissions error?
  2. Is there free space on the server?
  3. How large are the files (i.e. are they hitting the upload max size?)
