Questions - Email Notications Issue


I am currently facing an issue with the Eramba related to notification emails. When I create a single “notification email” and set up “2 comments” as triggers, the system sends two identical emails.

I believe this may be a significant issue in the system’s functionality. Can you please provide guidance on resolving this matter or assist in fixing the configuration?

The first picture shows ‘Emails Sent,’ indicating that two emails were sent.

However, I have created only one notification, as seen in the second picture

A single notification can trigger many emails, for example if you write two comments, or one comment and one attachment. I don’t see this as abnormal but perhaps i’m missing something.
