Support uses Zendesk

Hello,

As you know when you have a question is best to start with an email to support@eramba.org - so far we have shared that email account in between Martin, Esteban, Seb and Gus to support you all. From now on we’ll be using Zendesk.

Nothing changes for you, you send emails and you receive emails back - is just that Zendesk adds some special formatting to the way email looks.
