We did some minor changes on our Enterprise TC’s to make resellers and partners easier to re-sell our licenses. Our old TC’s would have a set of penalties to “whoever is paying” in case of delays, etc.
If acme buys a license for foobar and acme default’s its payments, technically we could go after foobar and demand those penalties. sounds kind of unfair right?
We changed the definitions in a way that if foobar appoints someone, then that someone is the liable party and not foobar.
