Zendesk Not working

We are under the suspicion that Zendesk is not working properly ,we dont see emails sent to support@eramba.org

Just raised a case with them to investigate the issue further:

Since the 27th of March we have randomly received tickets on Zendesk, we are now trying to catch up with all emails. We are really sorry about this but there was no way we would notice this random behaviour. Zendesk teams are helping us to debug the issue.

after 40 emails back and forward:

anyway - i think is now solved. we’ll keep an eye. im sorry for the inconvenience we’ll try to find a way to see what emails were lost and go one by one until we clean the queue.
