1 Create a warning notification
2 Toogle email (not rest api)
3- complete all other tabs (custom roles, subject, body, etc)
4- save
then edit the notification again
5- untoogle the email
6- all settings (on all tabs) gets reseted
7- click “save” , you get a notification without settings saved
Issues:
- on step 7, you should not be able to save a notification with empty values.
= Email notification requires recipients (at least one) and subject / body full
= REST requires all rest settings completed
