Bug - Residual risk displayed wrong when using "Threshold"-method

A found a bug report earlier on this issue, but I’m not sure how to upvote that one:

At the current version e2.9.0 I have the same issue (again?):

When assessing the risk treatment I scored the residual riskscore as 3:
