Feature: Any plans to add a feature to track "acknowledgement" of policies by users?

Not sure the title describes the question well enough so let me try with more words.
I’ve seen this feature in a different ISMS product and it sounds useful.

Say we have a policy every user signs when employment starts. Now this policy evolves over time and I don’t really want to chase every employed own and make sure everyone signs the new version.

So how about some built-in way in Eramba? For example, when reading policies, a user could tick a box at the bottom saying: “acknowledged” or similar?

Yes, lightweight policy attestation will be available on the updated awareness program: Feature - Awareness portal

More robust attestation using the policy portal is currently in the design phase, considering policy versioning and similar aspects. We will update the forum for sure.

We do this using the Awareness Programs module. The training part links to policies, and the quiz is essentially “did you read and/or do you acknowledge the policy?”.
