Feature - expand comments dynamic status options

On e3.19.0

If i want to create a dynamic status based on the “Comment Content” (what people wrote) or “Comment Owner” i cant:

We need the following conditions on all modules:

• Last Comment Date (instead of “Last Comment”)
• Last Comment Content (search against string)
• Last Comment Owner (search against table of users)
