Feature - Increase Notification feature for Support Contracts


We use the Support Contracts a lot. We would like to be able to get a notification for Support Contract Deadline (+90) or (+120) days. Currently the max it will go is +60 days.

this request (to have a custom number of days) have been on the backlog forever:

we will be re-working notifications UX (in theory was supposed to happen this year, my guess it will happen Q1 2023) that include template notifications, a way to test notifications, new UX, a way to enable/disable notifications, Etc.

So this request of yours is on the backlog, it will happen, some day :frowning:
