Question: about Eramba's Terms and Conditions

I only noticed now that on the front page of our on-prem Eramba isntance there is this footer:

By using Eramba, you agree to our Terms and Conditions

and I was wondering whether this is the right place to display those? Didn’t I accept the T&C’s when buying the enterprise version?

My users are seeing these T&C’s and obviously those are not related to them. Just wondering.

Still wondering about this. I did a quick search here and found one license update post but is that enough to make it legally binding? What if I didn’t read it?
Is that even possible to announce a licence change unilaterally?

If I look at my instance, the licence says its dated August 2023, V1.7 and yet the above post dated 12.06.2024 talks about a licence update. How did this not make it into my instance or maybe you guys didn’t update the date on the licence?

And now, that I wrote all this, I actually went and read the licence. Here is a gem I wanted to share:

2.3 During and after the Term, except to the extent required to be permitted by applicable law the Customer shall not, and shall not permit or assist any third party to:

2.3.4 Utilise automated tools to test the software for bugs or security issue

P.S. I am simply a curious person, I can assure you there is no other intent behind this pot.
