I have been reading eramba articles and reviewing their tutorial videos however there seems to be a problem whenever I try to setup Eramba. I have been configuring compliance package, internal controls etc but nothing seems to add up.

I wanted to start from the scratch again but this time I hope someone can guide me

the documentation is used by thousands of people, a good try there, should help. you also have free instructor training leads every two months.
