Question - "License Expired" popping up

Hi,

every once in a while, out of the blue, I am getting a pop-up that my license has expired/is not active. Is there any way to troubleshoot this and to get to the root cause?

Have the same with at least 3 installations

yes, we noticed this - we have a project on the product roadmap to migrate the billing piece to eramba (this is related to the license)

in a month or so we will hopefully start with this

We’ve made some changes and extended the timeout for the license check, which we believe should resolve the issue.

Unfortunately, that didn’t solve the problem. Could you please look into it again?

We improved the licence validation on the app on 3.29.0, so try updating first to 3.29.0. If you are already on 3.29.0 and still see the message, reach out to us at support@eramba.org.
