We’re opening early access for two features we’re wrapping up and would love your help testing before their official release: the new Awareness Program and the SCIM Connector.
If either fits how you work, joining lets you try it against your own scenarios early and shape it before release.
Awareness Program
A rebuilt way to run security awareness campaigns directly from eramba:
- Four content types: Policy Attestation, Questionnaire, Video, and Disclaimer
- Two modes: Once (onboarding, event-driven, remedial) and Recurring cycles (e.g. annual recertification)
- Scheduling with automated invitations and reminders (after-start, before-end, non-completion)
- Reporting on overall completion, who is and isn’t compliant, and what was sent to whom

SCIM Connector
Automatic user provisioning from your Identity Provider (Entra ID, Okta, etc.), with the IdP as the source of truth:
- Create, update, deactivate, and delete users without touching eramba directly
- Portal access and permissions derived from group membership
- Configurable handling for deactivation and deletion (including a fallback owner)

How to take part
As with the UI early access, you can choose a SaaS environment with a demo database or a cloned copy of your instance (fully automated, we have no access to your data). On-premises customers can request access to a demo environment.
